Dalan Real Estate Platform Officially Launches in Kuwait, Offering a More Reliable and Convenient Property Search Experience

Dallal, the real estate platform developed and managed in Kuwait, has officially launched its mobile application and website, with the app now available for free on the App Store and Google Play.

Dallal aims to build trust and provide peace of mind to property seekers in a market that can sometimes lack clarity and regulation, by establishing a platform that places verification and credibility at the core of its user experience. The platform requires advertisers and real estate brokers to verify their identities and the properties they list before publishing. Each real estate listing undergoes a comprehensive verification process designed to ensure the accuracy of information, clarity of details, and authenticity of images, thereby making the property search experience in Kuwait more seamless and reliable.

Listings on Dallal include apartments for rent, houses for sale, commercial properties such as shops and offices, as well as land available for sale or exchange. At launch, Dallal features more than 300 properties, with new listings added daily. The platform has also formed partnerships with several prominent entities, including Wafra Real Estate Company, Aayan Real Estate Company, and Murafaqat Al-Imarat Real Estate, along with many other partners.

Ali Bahbahani, founder and CEO of Dallal, brings extensive experience in the hospitality sector and user journey management. The idea for Dallal emerged from personal experiences in which he encountered numerous challenges while searching for residential and commercial properties, including a lack of transparency in real estate advertisements, unreliable dealings with some brokers, fluctuating prices, and unclear documentation and procedures.

Thus, Bahbahani founded Dallal and assembled its team to address a real-world problem he had personally encountered, aiming to build a comprehensive platform that connects brokers, real estate companies, and property owners on one side with tenants and buyers on the other, within a smooth and trustworthy experience. Key pillars of the Dallal platform include verification of all parties involved, private in-app messaging, and transparent information.

In addition to the real estate market and property listings, a specialized research and development team, led by Noursin Nour El-Din, is working on developing an Automated Valuation Model (AVM) aimed at becoming one of the most robust and accurate property valuation models in Kuwait. The model relies on data derived from records held by the Ministry of Justice and Kuwait Finder.

Through the Automated Valuation Model, users will be able to obtain accurate property value estimates instantly, whether for purchasing or renting purposes. This reduces the need for long waiting periods and in-person meetings, paving the way for a future where digital property valuations can integrate with government services.

Dallal also provides brokers, companies, and property owners with a specialized dashboard that enables them to manage qualified leads, track interest levels in their properties, and identify user traffic sources. These tools give property owners clearer insights into who is interested in their properties and how users find their listings, representing one of the platform’s key competitive advantages by helping them understand the most effective marketing strategies and those requiring improvement.

The Dallal app can now be downloaded via the App Store and Google Play, or users can visit the website dallal.com.kw to browse available properties, express interest, or register as a verified advertiser on the platform.
