Defense Minister Discusses Matters of Common Interest with UK Ambassador

Defense Minister Sheikh Abdullah Ali Al-Salim Al-Sabah held talks with Qudsi Rashid, the Ambassador of the friendly United Kingdom to Kuwait, on issues of mutual interest, particularly those related to military matters.

The Ministry of Defense said in a press statement on Monday that Sheikh Abdullah Al-Sabah received Ambassador Rashid, during which friendly exchanges took place and a number of topics of mutual interest were discussed, especially those concerning military aspects and ways to enhance cooperation between the State of Kuwait and the United Kingdom.

The statement noted that the meeting was attended by the British Defense Attaché and the Commander of the British Military Mission.
