Price of Kuwaiti crude oil barrel rises by $2.88 to reach $87.44

The price of a barrel of Kuwaiti crude rose by $2.88 to reach $87.44 per barrel in trading on Friday, compared to $84.56 per barrel in the previous day’s trading, according to the price announced by the Kuwait Petroleum Corporation.
In global markets, Brent crude futures fell by 39 cents to $89.31 per barrel, while West Texas Intermediate (WTI) crude futures dropped by 13 cents to $83.40 per barrel.
