Minister of Public Works Directs Follow-up on Infrastructure Works in the Yarmouk Area

Minister of Public Works Dr. Noura Al-Mis'ad directed the follow-up of infrastructure works in the Yarmouk area, as the Director General of the General Administration of Health Engineering Affairs at the ministry, Engineer Anwar Al-Balushi, conducted a field visit on Thursday to inspect and monitor these works.

The Ministry of Public Works stated in a press release that the percentage of completion, according to the approved schedule for the infrastructure contract in the Yarmouk area, stands at 72 percent, while the actual executed completion rate has reached 92 percent.

It added that the sewage and stormwater drainage networks have been completed at 100 percent, the telephone network at 97 percent, the street lighting network at 98 percent, and all kerb and paving works at 100 percent.
