Guterres Condemns Ben-Gvir’s “Serious” Remarks on Gaza

UN Secretary-General António Guterres on Wednesday condemned the “serious” remarks made by Israel’s far-right National Security Minister Itamar Ben Gvir, who called for killing “30 or 40 people” in Gaza daily.

Spokesperson for Guterres, Stéphane Dujarric, said, “These are horrifying, shameful, and dangerous statements that strip Palestinians of their humanity,” adding, “We unequivocally condemn them.”
