His Highness the Amir of Kuwait Receives a Letter from the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom

His Highness the Amir of Kuwait, Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, received a letter from the Right Honourable Andy Burnham, Prime Minister of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, concerning the solid historical ties between the two countries and their peoples, as well as ways to develop these relations across various fields. The letter also addressed a number of issues of mutual interest and the latest developments in the regional and international arenas.

The letter was delivered to His Excellency Sheikh Hamad Jaber Al-Ali Al-Sabah, Minister of Diwan Amiri Affairs, by His Excellency Qudsi Rashid, Ambassador of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland to the State of Kuwait.

His Excellency Sheikh Thamer Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, Head of the Diwan of the Crown Prince, and Sami Sulaiman Al-Mulla, Director of the Office of the Minister of Diwan Amiri Affairs, attended the meeting.
