Ten killed in Russian strike on northeastern Ukraine

A Russian strike in northeastern Ukraine killed at least 10 people and injured eight others, according to Oleksiy Synegubov, head of the Kharkiv regional military administration, on Tuesday.
Synegubov said on the Telegram app that Russian forces “launched a missile attack on Pyshchane,” located about 60 kilometers from the city of Kharkiv, “which preliminary information indicates resulted in the deaths of 10 people,” adding that emergency teams were still at the site.
