Gulf Bank Concludes "Beyond Ajyal" Leadership Development Program in Partnership with Euromoney
Gulf Bank successfully concluded the “Beyond Ajyal” leadership development program, implemented in collaboration with Euromoney over a four-month period, with the aim of enhancing the capabilities of the bank’s middle management and preparing them to assume greater leadership responsibilities in the coming phase.
The program reflects Gulf Bank’s ongoing commitment to investing in human capital and developing national competencies by building a strong foundation of qualified leaders capable of keeping pace with developments in the banking sector, supporting the bank’s strategic priorities, and aligning with its future directions.
The “Beyond Ajyal” program provided participants with a comprehensive educational journey covering key themes, including self-leadership, organizational leadership, innovation, strategic thinking, and business acumen. These modules contributed to strengthening their leadership skills, broadening their professional vision, and enhancing their ability to make effective decisions.
The program also included specialized educational content in Islamic banking, covering regulatory and supervisory frameworks, innovative Islamic financial products, and financing solutions tailored for individuals and corporations, alongside advanced risk management.
