Minister of Awqaf and Islamic Affairs: Completion of job grading in the ministry by the end of this year

The Minister of Awqaf and Islamic Affairs, Dr. Mohammed Al-Wasmi, announced that the process of Kuwaitizing positions in the ministry will be completed by the end of this year, aiming to strengthen reliance on national competencies and empower Kuwaiti cadres to take on the responsibility of advancing this important sector in the future.

Minister Al-Wasmi told the Kuwait News Agency (KUNA) on Thursday that all educational departments, including the Islamic studies and technical guidance sectors, have been fully Kuwaitized. He emphasized the continuation of efforts to complete the Kuwaitization process in the remaining sectors and departments of the ministry, in accordance with the established steps.

He noted that the initiative to Kuwaitize positions currently held by non-Kuwaitis in the ministry is part of a broader strategy to enhance the presence of national talent and enable them to assume various functional roles.
