Civil Defense: Transparent and Fair Evaluation of Candidates for Officer Training Course

The General Fire Force confirmed today, Tuesday, that the evaluation of applicants for the officers’ course in the force is conducted with full transparency, professionalism, and fairness.
In a statement, the force said that Brigadier General Talal Al-Roumi, Head of the Fire Force, chaired the committee responsible for conducting personal interviews with applicants holding secondary school certificates who are seeking to join the officers’ course.
It clarified that the committee comprises members from various sectors of the force and conducts interviews in accordance with defined frameworks, standards, and governance systems, ensuring that applicants are evaluated fairly, transparently, professionally, and efficiently, paving the way for completing admission procedures and joining the military corps of the force.
