Fire at Russian oil refinery in Yaroslavl after Ukrainian attack

Michael Yevgrafov, governor of Russia’s Yaroslavl region, said on Thursday that a fire broke out at an oil refinery following a major attack by Ukrainian drones.

He added in a statement on the Telegram app that emergency crews were working to extinguish the blaze after drone debris struck tanks at the refinery.
