US bans imports from 43 companies over allegations of Uyghur forced labor in China

A government statement said that the United States today, Friday, banned imports from 43 additional companies, including Hunan Aihua, one of China’s largest capacitor manufacturers, amid allegations of human rights violations against the Uyghurs.
