Deputy Minister of Interior Chairs Meeting with Assistant Deputies and Heads of Security Sectors

Deputy Minister of Interior Major General Abdulwahab Al-Wahib chaired a meeting today, Wednesday, with the Assistant Deputy Ministers of Interior and heads of security sectors to follow up on developments in security plans and enhance coordination among the Ministry’s various sectors, thereby contributing to improved security and administrative performance.
In a press statement issued by the Ministry, Major General Al-Wahib said that holding periodic meetings among security leadership helps strengthen communication and understanding among sectors to overcome obstacles and unify efforts.
He conveyed greetings from the First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, Sheikh Fahad Youssef Al-Saud Al-Sabah, along with his best wishes for their success in carrying out their duties.
He emphasized the importance of continuing coordination and integration among all sectors and working with a spirit of teamwork to further develop the security work system and raise readiness levels, thereby enhancing national security and serving the public interest.
The statement added that the meeting reviewed several topics related to the operation of security sectors and the follow-up on the implementation of approved plans and programs. It also discussed the preparation of a comprehensive strategy for the Ministry of Interior and the establishment of an integrated work system that contributes to organizing operations among departments, strengthening institutional integration, and improving performance to meet the requirements of the current stage.
