His Highness the Prime Minister Receives the Director of the Regional Centre for Quality and Excellence in Education at UNESCO

His Highness Sheikh Ahmad Abdullah Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, Prime Minister, today received Dr. Abdulrahman bin Ibrahim Al-Mudairis, Director of the Regional Centre for Quality and Excellence in Education at the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO), and his accompanying delegation, during his visit to the country, in the presence of Minister of Education Sayyid Jalal Abdulmohsen Al-Tabtabaee.

The meeting discussed ways to enhance cooperation between the State of Kuwait and the United Nations organization in the fields of education, as well as the exchange of expertise to contribute to the development of the country’s educational system in accordance with the highest international standards.

Acting Head of the Prime Minister’s Diwan, Sheikh Khaled Mohammad Al-Khaled, and Assistant Undersecretary of the Ministry of Education, Dr. Khaled Sulaiman Al-Rashid, attended the meeting.
