Lebanon: Israeli aggression death toll rises to 4,390 killed and 12,429 injured since March

Beirut, Nov 5 (KUNA) -- The Public Health Emergency Operations Center under Lebanon’s Ministry of Health announced on Thursday that the cumulative toll of victims of the ongoing Israeli aggression, which began on March 2 of last year, has reached 4,390 killed and 12,429 wounded. The emergency center clarified in a statement that the overall toll of victims of the aggression since October 8, 2023, has risen to 8,957 killed and 30,665 wounded. Lebanon is experiencing widespread field and humanitarian repercussions due to the continued Israeli occupation forces’ attacks and air raids on various Lebanese areas and towns since March 2 of last year, which have caused significant human and material losses.
