Housing Authority holds regular meeting of the coordination committee to monitor housing project works

The Public Authority for Housing Affairs (PAHA) held the regular meeting of the Coordination Committee to monitor the provision of services related to housing projects. PAHA said in a statement on Thursday that the meeting was attended by Minister of Public Works Dr. Noura Al-Mashaan, Minister of State for Municipal Affairs and Minister of State for Housing Eng. Abdul Latif Al-Mashari, Minister of Electricity, Water and Renewable Energy Dr. Subaih Al-Makhzoum, and Minister of State for Development and Sustainability Dr. Reem Al-Faleh.

The statement explained that the meeting reviewed the committee’s activities since its establishment on February 17, 2025, under the chairmanship of PAHA. It also presented the status of providing and operating services linked to ongoing and future residential cities and suburbs, and followed up on developments across various projects.

The ministers directed the executive bodies of relevant government entities to intensify coordination among themselves and adhere to the specified timelines for providing services in housing projects. They emphasized the need to accelerate work progress and remove any obstacles hindering implementation at project sites, ensuring that services are delivered according to approved schedules.

The meeting was attended by PAHA’s Managing Director Eng. Rashid Al-Anazi, Deputy Minister of Electricity, Water and Renewable Energy Eng. Adel Al-Zamil, Managing Director of the Public Authority for Agricultural Affairs and Fisheries Eng. Al-Masboobi, and the teams responsible for bidding and implementing related projects. (End) M.F.S.
