Gaza, Nov 5 (KUNA) -- Four Palestinians, including a 12-year-old child, were killed and five others were injured today, Wednesday, as a result of Israeli occupation forces’ air raids and gunfire in various areas of the Gaza Strip since dawn. Gaza health authorities said in press statements that three Palestinians were killed after a tent sheltering displaced persons was targeted in the western area of Al-Zawaida in the central Gaza Strip, while the child was killed by occupation forces’ gunfire east of Al-Bureij refugee camp. They added that five Palestinians were injured with varying degrees of severity after a gathering of civilians was targeted on Al-Eshrin Street in Al-Nuseirat refugee camp. In a related development, a 54-year-old woman was killed by occupation forces’ gunfire in the Bir 19 area in Khan Younis city in the southern Gaza Strip. These developments come amid the continuation of Israeli occupation military operations and the worsening humanitarian and living conditions due to the blockade and restrictions on the movement of people and goods, as well as shortages of basic and medical supplies in the Strip.
