Kuwait City, 4 November (KUNA) — Foreign Minister Sheikh Jaraah Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah held a telephone conversation today, Wednesday, with the Prime Minister and Foreign Minister of the sister State of Qatar, Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al Thani.
