Kuwait Expresses Solidarity and Sympathy with Syria Following Floods Caused by Heavy Rains

Kuwait City -- The Ministry of Foreign Affairs expressed the State of Kuwait’s solidarity and sympathy with the sister Arab Republic of Syria in the wake of floods caused by heavy rains in eastern Syria, which resulted in deaths, injuries, and the disappearance of several individuals. In a statement, the Ministry conveyed its deepest condolences and sincere sympathies to the government and people of the sister Arab Republic of Syria, as well as to the families of the victims, wishing the injured a swift recovery and hoping that search and rescue efforts would succeed in locating the missing persons.
