Riyadh, 29 October (KUNA) -- The Saudi Civil Defense issued an early warning on Thursday for Riyadh, Al-Kharj, and Najran, urging the public to follow safety guidelines and official instructions. In a statement, the Civil Defense called for maintaining calm and immediately moving to the nearest safe location inside a building or an interior room away from windows, and remaining there until the danger has passed. It advised against leaving homes or buildings, avoiding open areas and glass, and refraining from standing on balconies or rooftops.
