Kuwait – The Public Authority for Combating Corruption (Nazaha) organized a training program on Wednesday titled “Corporate Governance and Its Role in Enhancing the Culture of Integrity and Transparency,” with the participation of more than 190 employees from 30 government entities. Nazaha stated in a press release that the program, presented by the Authority’s Awareness and Education Supervisor, Dr. Hussein Al-Sabbagha, covered the National Guide to Corporate Governance, its key principles, and the mechanisms for implementing them in government entities. It added that the program reviewed a number of practical examples and highlighted Kuwait’s experience in information technology governance through the Unified Government Application for Electronic Services (Sahel), regarded as one of the models of digital transformation in delivering government services. The program is part of efforts to promote the culture of corporate governance, strengthen the principles of integrity, transparency, and accountability, and entrench sound administrative practices in government entities.
