Kuwait, Oct 25 (KUNA) – Public Works Minister Dr. Noura Al-Mashaan held talks today, Sunday, with the British Ambassador to Kuwait, Qudsi Rashid, on a number of topics of mutual interest and ways to enhance cooperation between the two friendly countries. The Ministry of Public Works said in a press release that the discussions took place during Minister Al-Mashaan’s reception of Ambassador Rashid on an introductory visit, during which the depth of the historic and distinctive relations between Kuwait and the United Kingdom was reaffirmed. The ministry added that Minister Al-Mashaan commended the progress witnessed by the United Kingdom across various fields and expressed her aspiration to strengthen areas of joint cooperation to serve the interests of the two friendly nations.
