Riyadh, October 19 (KUNA) -- Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan held talks today, Monday, with the United Arab Emirates’ Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed, on developments in the region, including the ongoing attacks by Houthi militias on civilian areas in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs said in a statement that the discussion took place during a phone call received by Prince Faisal bin Farhan from Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed, during which both sides expressed their condemnation of those attacks. The ministry added that the call addressed the importance of continuing efforts and enhancing coordination and consultation to support the framework of joint Gulf cooperation, contribute to de-escalation, limit the spread of tensions, and preserve the security and stability of the region.
