Kuwait City, 15 October (KUNA) – Public Works Minister Dr. Noura Al-Mashaan conducted an inspection visit today, Thursday, to the Mishref wastewater pumping station to monitor ongoing work and ensure its readiness and safe operation at full capacity.
Speaking to the press on the sidelines of the tour, Al-Mashaan described the Mishref station as a vital facility serving a large number of residential areas, emphasizing the Ministry’s commitment to field-level monitoring of its readiness to ensure uninterrupted service in accordance with the highest standards of efficiency and safety.
During the visit, she inspected the station’s facilities and operational systems, and listened to a detailed briefing from the technical team on the operational procedures, safety protocols, and the efficiency and capacity of the pumps and equipment to operate at full capacity.
The Minister was accompanied on the visit by Acting Undersecretary of the Ministry of Public Works Kifaya Al-Najdi, Director General of the General Administration of Health Engineering Affairs Engineer Anwar Al-Balushi, as well as the technical staff responsible for operating the station.
