London, Oct 14 (KUNA) -- British Prime Minister Keir Starmer pledged on Wednesday to continue supporting Ukraine with the weapons and air defense systems it needs to counter “the ongoing Russian aggression.” A statement from the British Prime Minister’s Office said this came during a meeting between Starmer and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who arrived in London earlier in the day. The statement clarified that during the meeting, the prime minister reaffirmed that the United Kingdom would continue to develop innovative military solutions for use on the battlefield in Ukraine, including supplying Ukrainian forces with British equipment provided by other partners.
