Interior Ministry Launches Vehicle Service for Seniors and People of Determination at Citizen Service Center in Qasr

Kuwait City, 8 Oct (KUNA) — The Ministry of Interior today, Thursday, inaugurated a vehicle-based service for seniors and persons with disabilities at the Citizen Service Center in the Qasr area of Al-Jahra Governorate. The initiative aims to provide more flexible and humane services to these groups, who require special care, enabling them to complete their transactions easily without having to exit their vehicles.

In a press statement, the Ministry said the service was launched in the presence of Al-Jahra Governor Hamad Al-Habashi and Major General Saud Al-Tuwaijri, Director General of the General Administration of Service Centers. It added that launching this service complements the Ministry’s efforts to extend such services to various service centers, providing an inclusive environment that meets the needs of clients and ensures a comfortable and swift service experience.

The Ministry reaffirmed its ongoing commitment to developing service centers and enhancing modern means that reflect a human-centered approach and facilitate procedures for the public, in line with its vision of delivering contemporary services that meet the expectations of citizens and residents.
