Kuwait City, 7 Oct (KUNA) -- Minister of Social Affairs, Family and Childhood Dr. Amthal Al-Hawila stressed the importance of accelerating digital transformation and developing electronic services and systems to streamline procedures, reduce processing times, enhance performance efficiency, and improve the quality of services provided to citizens and clients. During her meeting with senior ministry officials, Al-Hawila emphasized the need to prioritize clients, expedite the processing of their cases, strengthen cooperation and coordination among the ministry’s sectors, and remove administrative obstacles that delay beneficiaries’ interests, all while adhering to the laws and regulations governing work. She directed that regular meetings be held with senior officials to monitor operations, with regular statistics and reports submitted to her detailing the scope of achievements and completed tasks, alongside clear plans and strategies for each sector linked to specific timelines and measurable indicators. Al-Hawila urged senior officials to embrace a sense of trust and responsibility, work as a unified team, and keep God in mind in their work, noting that her door remains open to address any obstacles hindering operations and that she is ready to work and cooperate with them in any department or sector to serve the best interests of the ministry and its clients.
