Riyadh, Oct 5 (KUNA) -- Saudi Defense Minister Prince Khalid bin Salman said on Monday that the emergency meeting of the Political and Defense Strategic Committee of the Mecca Defense Pact underscores the solidarity and unified stance of the pact’s member states in confronting the heinous attacks that targeted the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Holy Sites. Prince Khalid bin Salman added in a post on his official account on the X platform that the meeting addressed the activation of collective deterrence against these attacks and against all those behind them, within the framework of the Mecca Defense Pact.
