He noted that this project establishes a new phase that expands the organization’s fields of work and tools through a more integrated system for research, information, digital transformation, and strategic partnerships. He added that the project will enhance OAPEC’s ability to keep pace with the rapid transformations in the energy industry and raise the added value it provides to member states.
He pointed out that the second phase of the project moves the restructuring process into a broader executive framework based on several strategic initiatives and parallel tracks to develop research, media, institutional communications, the digital system, and partnerships. He emphasized that strengthening the organization’s role as a leading Arab knowledge center in the energy sector represents one of the important dimensions of this phase, enabling more effective utilization of data, studies, and specialized expertise.
