Switzerland condemns settlers' attack on Jalood village in occupied West Bank

Geneva, September 30 (KUNA) -- The Swiss Ministry of Foreign Affairs condemned on Wednesday an attack carried out by approximately 100 settlers on the village of Jaloud in the occupied West Bank on Tuesday. In a post on its official X (formerly Twitter) account, the ministry emphasized that “the unprecedented level of settler violence is unacceptable.” Switzerland called on the Israeli occupation authorities to protect Palestinian civilians and bring those responsible for the attack to justice. Local sources said that settlers attacked the village of Jaloud, located south of Nablus, in the early hours of Tuesday, setting fire to buildings, vehicles, and Palestinian property.
