Saudi Arabia condemns continued Israeli occupation violations against Al-Aqsa Mosque and statements on annexing land in Lebanon and Gaza

Riyadh, 28 September (KUNA) -- The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia today, Monday, expressed its strongest condemnation and rejection of the continued provocative actions by Israeli occupation authorities and a group of extremist settlers against the Al-Aqsa Mosque compound, violating its sanctity and religious and historical significance under the protection of forces affiliated with the occupation authorities. The Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs, in a statement, reiterated the Kingdom’s rejection of these violations of international law, which constitute a provocation to the feelings of Muslims worldwide. The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia also condemned Israeli statements regarding the annexation of areas in southern Lebanon and regions extending up to the “Yellow Line” in the Gaza Strip, affirming its rejection of any Israeli expansionist attempts.
