Minister of Social Affairs Inspects Juvenile Care Administration, Directs Building Maintenance and Addressing Observations

Kuwait City, September 27 (KUNA) – Dr. Amthal Al-Hawila, Minister of Social Affairs, Family, and Childhood, conducted an inspection visit today, Sunday, to the Juvenile Care Administration to review ongoing operations, assess the administration’s needs on the ground, and examine the condition of the building and its facilities.

In a statement to the Kuwait News Agency (KUNA), Al-Hawila emphasized the necessity of providing a safe and suitable environment for juveniles, enhancing the efficiency of facilities, and improving the quality of services provided to them. She stressed the importance of continuous follow-up and coordination among relevant authorities to ensure swift implementation.

During the visit, she toured the administration’s facilities, reviewed required maintenance work, and discussed with officials the key needs and observations related to the building, directing that necessary measures be taken immediately to follow up on maintenance execution and address all observations without delay.

Al-Hawila also listened to briefings from officials on the operational mechanisms, services, and programs provided to juveniles, reaffirming her commitment to continuing field visits to monitor performance levels, directly identify needs, and take appropriate actions accordingly.
