Crown Prince, Representative of His Highness the Amir, Receives the Prime Minister of Bangladesh at the Permanent Mission of the State of Kuwait to the United Nations in New York

New York, 25 Sep (KUNA) -- His Highness Sheikh Sabah Al-Khalid Al-Hamad Al-Sabah, Crown Prince, received today, Friday, Honorable Mr. Tarique Rahman, Prime Minister of the friendly People's Republic of Bangladesh, and his accompanying delegation, at the Permanent Mission of the State of Kuwait to the United Nations in New York, on the sidelines of the High-Level Week of the 81st Session of the United Nations General Assembly.

The meeting discussed the bilateral relations between the State of Kuwait and the friendly People's Republic of Bangladesh and ways to develop them to serve the interests of both countries and their friendly peoples, in addition to discussing the latest regional and international developments.

Attending the meeting were Honorable Sheikh Dr. Mishal Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, Director General of the Direct Investment Promotion Authority; H.E. Ambassador Mansour Ayyad Al-Otaibi; H.E. Ambassador Tariq Muhammad Al-Bunai, Permanent Representative of the State of Kuwait to the United Nations; and H.E. Major General Ahmed Abdulrahman Al-Dai, Director of the Crown Prince's Office.
