His Highness the Crown Prince, Representative of His Highness the Amir of the State, Receives the Chief Executive Officer of Scale AI at the Permanent Mission of the State of Kuwait to the United Nations in New York

New York, 25 Sep (KUNA) -- His Highness Sheikh Sabah Al-Khalid Al-Hamad Al-Sabah, the Crown Prince, received today Mr. Francis D'Souza, Chief Executive Officer of the global company Scale AI, and his accompanying delegation at the Permanent Mission of the State of Kuwait to the United Nations in New York. The meeting took place on the sidelines of the High-Level Week of the 81st Session of the United Nations General Assembly.

During the meeting, the prospects for joint cooperation in the fields of artificial intelligence applications, big data, and digital transformation were discussed. The parties also reviewed ways to leverage advanced technology solutions to support and develop vital government and economic sectors in Kuwait, as well as to train and enhance the capabilities of national human resources in these areas.

Attending the meeting were H.E. Sheikh Jeraf Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, Minister of Foreign Affairs; H.E. Dr. Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, Director General of the Direct Investment Promotion Authority; H.E. Ambassador Mansour Ayyad Al-Otaibi; H.E. Ambassador Tariq Muhammad Al-Bunai, Permanent Representative of the State of Kuwait to the United Nations; and H.E. Major General Ahmed Abdulrahman Al-Dai, Director of the Crown Prince's Office.
