Kuwait City, September 24 (KUNA) -- State Minister for Communications and Acting Minister of Media and Culture Omar Al-Omar met with Olivier Goffani, the French Ambassador to Kuwait, and Charles-Henri Bou, Managing Director of the French company Pertimm, to discuss avenues for joint cooperation between the two countries in the fields of communications and information technology.
