Director of the Joint Program: We leverage the popularity of digital programs to reinforce Gulf identity

Kuwait - 23 - 9 (KUNA) -- Sheikh Mubarak Fahad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, Director General of the Joint Program Production Organization of the Cooperation Council for the Arab Gulf States (GCC), affirmed that the organization seeks to bring GCC joint efforts closer to youth and ensure their presence in the content they watch and engage with. It leverages the popularity of digital programs to reinforce Gulf identity and highlight the achievements and shared bonds of GCC member states in an entertaining and innovative manner.
In a statement to the Kuwait News Agency (KUNA) on Wednesday, Sheikh Mubarak Al-Sabah said the organization collaborated with the program "Challenge 30" to produce seven special Gulf-focused episodes coinciding with the Gulf Arab Cup tournament. This initiative aligns with the organization’s strategy to leverage widely popular programs to reach Gulf youth with content that combines entertainment and knowledge while strengthening Gulf identity.
He noted that the episodes will feature sports and cultural questions, alongside questions addressing the trajectory and achievements of GCC joint efforts across various fields. The aim is to inform new generations about the bonds, identity, and shared interests uniting GCC member states, presenting these themes in a youthful, competitive style suited to the nature of the program and its audience.
He added that the collaboration with "Challenge 30" is based on the program’s popularity and extensive digital presence among youth, noting that its viewership has reached millions across GCC countries, reflecting its wide reach and ability to connect with the Gulf audience.
He clarified that the seven episodes will be broadcast via digital platforms and YouTube, emphasizing the organization’s commitment to reaching youth on the platforms they frequent and conveying the concepts of GCC joint efforts and Gulf identity through modern, engaging content.
