The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Embassy in Kuwait Celebrates the 96th Saudi National Day

Kuwait City, Sept 23 (KUNA) -- The Saudi Arabian Embassy in Kuwait today, Wednesday, celebrated the 96th anniversary of Saudi National Day, attended by Prime Minister Sheikh Ahmad Abdullah Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, several ministers, senior state officials, and heads of diplomatic missions.

In a speech delivered at the ceremony, Dean of the Diplomatic Corps and Saudi Ambassador to Kuwait, Prince Sultan bin Saad Al Saud, affirmed that Saudi-Kuwaiti relations are characterized by enduring brotherhood, sincere affection, a shared history, and mutual stances that have proven over the years that what unites the two sister nations transcends geographical boundaries and the narratives recorded in history books.

Prince Sultan bin Saad noted that this cherished occasion, dear to everyone’s hearts, offers an opportunity to celebrate the nation and recall the glorious journey of achievement and contribution laid on firm foundations by the late King Abdulaziz bin Abdulrahman Al Saud, the founder of the Kingdom.

He added that the unique relationship between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the State of Kuwait, as well as between the two ruling families and the two brotherly peoples, is rooted in ties of kinship, love, and a shared destiny, underscoring the deep bonds connecting the two countries and their long-standing fraternal relations.
