Kuwait, 23 September (KUNA) -- The representative of His Highness the Amir of Kuwait, Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, may God protect and safeguard him, accompanied by His Excellency Sheikh Hamad Jaber Al-Ali Al-Sabah, Minister of Diwan Amiri Affairs, and the accompanying delegation, departed the country this morning en route to the United Arab Emirates, a fraternal state, to pay condolences on the passing of the late Sheikh Ahmed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, may God have mercy on him and grant him Paradise.
