Deputy Emir and Crown Prince of Kuwait Meets President of the Friendly Republic of Senegal in New York

New York, September 22 (KUNA) -- His Highness the Crown Prince, Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah, met today with His Excellency Bassirou Diomaye Faye, President of the Republic of Senegal, on the sidelines of the opening session of the High-Level Week of the eighty-first session of the United Nations General Assembly. At the outset of the meeting, His Highness the Crown Prince conveyed greetings from His Highness Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, the Amir of the State, and extended best wishes for good health to His Excellency the President, as well as continued progress and prosperity for the Republic of Senegal and its friendly people. The meeting also discussed bilateral relations between the State of Kuwait and the Republic of Senegal, as well as ways to enhance joint cooperation in various fields, along with an exchange of views on prominent regional and international developments.
