Kuwait City, September 21 (KUNA) -- Dr. Amthal Al-Huwailan, Minister of Social Affairs, Labor, and Social Development, held talks today, Monday, with Mohamed Aboulwafa, Ambassador of the Arab Republic of Egypt to Kuwait, to explore ways to enhance cooperation and exchange expertise between the two fraternal countries in social and humanitarian fields.
