Saudi Arabia condemns and denounces the terrorist attack on a mosque in Pakistan

Riyadh - 18 - 9 (KUNA) -- The Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs expressed on Friday the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's strong condemnation and denunciation of the terrorist attack targeting a mosque in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province in northwestern Pakistan, which resulted in the deaths and injuries of several individuals.

The Ministry reaffirmed in a statement the Kingdom's steadfast position against targeting places of worship, terrorizing the innocent, and shedding the blood of the innocent, emphasizing Saudi Arabia's solidarity with Pakistan against all forms of violence, extremism, and terrorism, regardless of their motives or justifications.

The Ministry extended its sincere condolences and sympathies to the victims' families and to the Government and people of Pakistan, wishing the injured a speedy recovery. (End) K.N.S / M.K.
