Kuwaiti Foreign Minister Discusses Regional and International Developments with German Counterpart

Berlin, 16 Sep (KUNA) -- Kuwaiti Foreign Minister Sheikh Jeraf Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah met on Wednesday with Johann Wadefuhl, Foreign Minister of the Federal Republic of Germany, during his official visit to the German capital, Berlin.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated in a statement that the meeting reviewed the strong ties between the two friendly countries and reaffirmed both sides’ commitment to intensifying Kuwaiti-German coordination on all levels and enhancing frameworks for bilateral cooperation in various fields. This reflects the robustness of the distinguished relations between the two nations, aims to expand them into broader horizons, and serves their shared interests.

The ministry added that the two sides discussed the latest regional and international developments and exchanged views on issues of mutual concern, foremost among them the developments in the region and diplomatic efforts aimed at de-escalation and enhancing security and stability.
