Saudi Civil Defense issues early warning in Khamis Mushait and Abha

Riyadh, September 15 (KUNA) – The Saudi Civil Defense issued an early warning on Tuesday for Khamis Mushait province and the city of Abha, urging residents to follow safety guidelines and official instructions. In a statement, the Civil Defense called for calm and directed people to immediately seek shelter in the nearest safe location inside a building or an interior room away from windows, and to remain there until the danger has passed. It advised against leaving homes or buildings, avoiding open areas and glass, and refraining from standing on balconies or rooftops. The statement also urged people to call the emergency number (998) if they observe any danger and to follow instructions issued by the relevant authorities through official channels.
