London, Sept 13 (KUNA) -- Manchester City settled their Manchester derby against hosts and rivals Manchester United with a clean 1-0 victory in the fourth-round match of the English Premier League, played on Sunday at Old Trafford. The first half saw City striker Phil Foden sent off with a red card in the 23rd minute after a challenge on United’s Bruno Fernandes. Despite their numerical advantage, the home side failed to capitalize, managing only one shot that struck the crossbar in the 30th minute, leaving the score at 0-0 at halftime.

After 15 minutes of the second half, Norwegian striker Erling Haaland outsmarted the United defense, receiving a cross from Croatian teammate Josko Gvardiol and finishing with a shot from inside the penalty area to open the scoring.
