Mauritania strongly condemns attacks on vital facilities in Saudi Arabia

Rabat, Sept 12 (KUNA) – Mauritania expressed its strong condemnation and rejection today, Saturday, of the attacks that targeted oil pipelines and several key facilities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The Mauritanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, in a statement, affirmed its full solidarity and support for the Kingdom in confronting the aggression, and endorsed all measures it takes to safeguard its security and stability. The statement stressed Mauritania’s unequivocal rejection of all terrorist acts targeting civilian and critical infrastructure, which threaten Saudi Arabia’s security and territorial integrity, and reiterated Mauritania’s steadfast support for Riyadh in facing various threats to its security.
