Deputy Chief of the National Guard: Our new organizational structure is based on the principles of justice, transparency, and equal opportunity
Kuwait City, Sept 9 (KUNA) — Assistant Commander of the National Guard, Major General Hamad Al-Burjisi, affirmed today that the new organizational structure of the National Guard is based on principles of justice, transparency, and equal opportunity, in accordance with standards of specialization, competence, and the ability to perform tasks and responsibilities. This approach aims to place the right person in the right position, enhance performance levels, and strengthen the efficiency of the work system.
In a press release, the National Guard stated that this was discussed during a meeting held with senior commanders and officers of the National Guard, marking the adoption of its new organizational structure. The meeting was attended by the Assistant for Financial Affairs and Human Resources Management, Brigadier General Riyadh Tawari. It was held as part of the leadership’s commitment to direct communication with commanders and officers, and to strengthening institutional work in line with the requirements of the upcoming phase in the National Guard’s development.
Major General Al-Burjisi explained during the meeting that the development of the organizational structure is part of a comprehensive vision aimed at enhancing institutional work, improving coordination among various units, and clearly defining jurisdictions and responsibilities.
He emphasized that competence, experience, and specialization are fundamental pillars in assigning responsibilities and assuming positions. He stated, “The coming phase requires continuing to work with a spirit of teamwork, leveraging the expertise and human resources abundant within the National Guard, while encouraging competencies to pursue continuous development and acquire further experience and skills.”
Major General Al-Burjisi noted that assuming leadership positions is a responsibility and a trust that demands commitment, discipline, and diligence in performing duties with maximum efficiency and capability. He called on officers to serve as role models in discipline, commitment, and accountability, placing the interests of the National Guard and the service of the country above all else.
