Two Emiri decrees issued appointing two assistant secretaries in the Ministry of Defense

Kuwait City, Sept 7 (KUNA) -- Two emiri decrees were issued today, Monday, appointing assistant undersecretaries at the Ministry of Defense. The first decree appointed Dr. Wael Nasser Hamoud Al-Sabah to the rank of assistant undersecretary of state. The second decree appointed Dr. Anoud Saleh Abdullah Al-Turaiman to the same rank. The decrees stipulated that the Minister of Defense is responsible for their implementation, that they take effect from the date of their issuance, and that they be published in the Official Gazette.
