Two Palestinian martyrs, one a child, killed in Israeli occupation airstrikes and shelling on Gaza

Gaza, Sept 6 (KUNA) -- The health authorities in the Gaza Strip announced on Sunday the martyrdom of two Palestinians, one of them a child, and the injury of several others following an Israeli occupation airstrike that targeted civilians in the cities of Gaza and Deir al-Balah in central Gaza. In a press statement, the authorities said an Israeli occupation drone fired a missile at a group of civilians near the University College of Applied Sciences in western Gaza City, resulting in the martyrdom of one Palestinian and injuring several others who were subsequently transferred to Al-Shifa Medical Complex. The authorities added that a child was martyred after Israeli occupation artillery fired a shell at a classroom in Khawla School, part of the Salah al-Din schools in Deir al-Balah, central Gaza.
