Palestinian Martyred and Others Injured in Israeli Occupation Airstrike in Gaza

Gaza, Sept 3 (KUNA) -- A Palestinian was martyred and others were injured, including some in critical condition, today, Thursday, after Israeli occupation drones targeted a group of Palestinian civilians in the Gaza Strip.

Health authorities in the Strip said that Al-Shifa Medical Complex received a martyr whose body was fragmented, along with a number of injuries of varying severity, resulting from shelling that targeted individuals on Al-Thawra Street in western Gaza City, and they anticipated that the number of martyrs would rise due to the intensity of the bombardment.

A state of panic spread among civilians in the area following the targeting, as ambulances rushed immediately to the scene and medical teams worked to treat the injured and transport them to emergency departments.

Health authorities reported that the number of martyrs in Gaza since this morning had risen to three Palestinians as a result of shelling carried out by the occupation in various areas of the Strip. (End) w.a.b / m.a.a
