Global Investment Summit in Paris Opens Sessions with Discussion of Multipolar Financing and Wealth Trends

Paris, January 9 (KUNA) -- The 2026 Global Investment Summit in Paris launched its first session today on Tuesday, featuring an in-depth discussion on the topic of "Multipolar Finance and the Future Trajectory of Wealth." The session was attended by Sylvia Bepiano, founder and CEO of Global AI; Mario Centeno, former President of the Eurogroup and former Portuguese Minister of Finance; Blanca Dodson, international economics advisor and former United Nations official; and Michael O'Sullivan, economist at Harvest Innovation.

Following the session, Investment B&S and the Saudi-based Akeed Consulting signed a strategic partnership agreement concerning urban capital and real estate. The agreement aims to assist in the establishment and operation of the first industrial facility for the German company Rheinhausen in Saudi Arabia, as well as to support the supply of the company’s products to markets in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries. Additionally, the partnership will contribute to the manufacturing and assembly of power transformer technologies and components in Saudi Arabia, while meeting the Kingdom’s projected demand for power transformers through 2030.
